E-Panel Discussion – “Russia’s War in Ukraine: View from Finland and Sweden”

The Centre for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (CERES) at the University of Toronto is hosting an e-panel talk on Russia’s War in Ukraine, the view from Finland and Sweden. Speakers will include:

Vladimir Gel’man, Professor of Russian Politics at the University of Helsinki
Arkady Moshes, Program Director for the EU Eastern Neighborhood and Russia research program at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs
Fredrik Löjdquist, Director of the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs
Martin Kragh, deputy director of the Stockholm Center for Eastern European Studies at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs, and associate professor at the Institute for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Uppsala University.
